Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. The onboarding is six steps: company name, logo, service area, contact info, email for alerts, and vertical (HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical). Total time is under 5 minutes.
Can I customize the quiz questions?
The current version uses a validated question set built for each vertical — HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are distinct. Custom question sets are on the post-launch roadmap.
Does the homeowner know the quiz is connected to my company?
Yes — by design. The quiz is fully branded with your logo and company name. The report they receive includes your contact information as the next step. HomeBlindSpot appears only in the footer attribution line.
How do I send it to my customer list?
Any way you currently communicate with customers: email, text, Facebook post, door hanger with QR code. You get a link. How you distribute it is entirely up to you.
Will this work with my CRM (ServiceTitan, Jobber, HousecallPro)?
The current MVP exports leads via CSV — which imports into any CRM manually. Direct integration (Zapier / webhooks) is on the roadmap and will push leads automatically into your existing workflow.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. HomeBlindSpot is free; in exchange we ask for a "Powered by NeedAgent AI" line in the homeowner-facing report footer. That's the whole arrangement.
